How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?

All IKU orders are packed in insulated thermal liners with non-toxic gel ice packs to maintain a controlled temperature until they reach your doorstep.

What is the shipping cutoff for same-day dispatch?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched on the next business day.

Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?
